Meet Your Virtual Assistant

Groove VA’s mission is to support service based businesses through virtual assisting and get them “back in the groove”. We want to be able to take tasks off the hands of business owners so they can pursue the creativity and their “Why” within their business. We want to see service based business owners enjoy their business and families.

Groove VA is military spouse owned and has a mission to provide employment for veterans, military spouses, military members and parents. We know the hardships of having to relocate and pursue careers while balancing a family. Team Groove is operated remotely- giving our team a chance to work from wherever!

Meet Kayla!

Kayla is the CEO and founder of Groove VA. When Kayla isn’t working at Groove, she is hanging out with her family. Her husband is active duty military and they have been married for 12 years. They have three kiddos and enjoy spending days out exploring and having fun!

Hi! I’m Nikki, an army wife, toddler mom and huge outdoor enthusiast. I love being a virtual assistant because it gives me the flexibility to be there for my family, take lots of hikes and pursue all my crafty hobbies while also building relationships with clients and pursuing my love of helping people.

Emily

Hi! My name is Emily Kleckner , I currently live in South Dakota with my husband , our 1 year old son , and our dog Charlie !

Having the background as a hairstylist , I know how important it is to build and maintain a happy clientele. Along with creating engaging social media content and organizing professional profiles. Being a virtual assistant has giving me the flexibility to be home with my son ( and dog!)

When I’m out of office ,I am exploring a new park, spending quality time with my family , or cooking a new recipe!

Hello! My name is Lacey and I am a Facebook and Instagram ads manager. I love working with businesses to grow their impact with marketing and ad strategies that align with their mission. I live in Indiana with my husband and three little ones, and when I’m not working, you’ll find me reading and spending time with my family!

Jessica

Jessica is a Virtual Assistant and Career Transformation Coach of Wright Life Coaching living in the Pacific Northwest with her husband and their very cute, but slightly grumpy, dachshund named Hershey. She knows all of the demands that fall on entrepreneur’s shoulders and enjoys being able to take some of those to-dos off of your list! When she’s not working, you can find Jessica drinking coffee, crafting, or baking vegan cupcakes.
