Groove VA’s mission is to support service based businesses through virtual assisting and get them “back in the groove”. We want to be able to take tasks off the hands of business owners so they can pursue the creativity and their “Why” within their business. We want to see service based business owners enjoy their business and families.
Groove VA is military spouse owned and has a mission to provide employment for veterans, military spouses, military members and parents. We know the hardships of having to relocate and pursue careers while balancing a family. Team Groove is operated remotely- giving our team a chance to work from wherever!

Kayla is the CEO and founder of Groove VA. When Kayla isn’t working at Groove, she is hanging out with her family. Her husband is active duty military and they have been married for 15 years. They have three kiddos and enjoy spending days out exploring and having fun!

Hi! I’m Nikki, an army wife, toddler mom and huge outdoor enthusiast. I love being a virtual assistant because it gives me the flexibility to be there for my family, take lots of hikes and pursue all my crafty hobbies while also building relationships with clients and pursuing my love of helping people.

Hey y’all! My name is Amanda and I currently live in Texas with my husband, our two boys, and our Goldendoodle, Tracker.
I’ve been a virtual marketing assistant for over three years, helping Real Estate and Nonprofit businesses. I’m excited for the opportunity to work with new industries with Groove VA! I provide reliable marketing and administrative support to help business owners stay organized and focused on what they do best. I enjoy the creative aspects of my work, especially website design and graphic design.
Outside of work, I love traveling with my husband and spending quality time with my family – no matter what we are doing. When I get some time to myself, I enjoy diving into self-improvement books and biographies about military heroes (I’m especially drawn to stories about Navy SEALs) or browsing for my next great find on Amazon.

Hey there! My name is Jessica and I’m a Virtual Assistant and Leadership Coach of Wright Life Coaching. I live in the Pacific Northwest with my husband and our very cute, but slightly grumpy, dachshund named Hershey. I definitely know all of the demands that fall on entrepreneur’s shoulders and I enjoy being able to take some of those to-dos off of your list! When I’m not working, you can find me drinking coffee, line dancing, crafting, or baking vegan cupcakes (another little entrepreneurship side hustle I love.)

I love getting outside as much as possible, whether that be hiking, camping, swimming, paddle-boarding, etc. My husband and I aim for at least 1-2 hikes a month. We love traveling and checking out new surrounding towns on day trips fueled by local coffee. I’m a personal trainer and love working out. I love getting to be creative while working and helping people!
