As a military spouse–owned agency, Groove VA is proud to create flexible, remote work opportunities for veterans, military spouses, and military families. We understand the realities of relocation, changing seasons of life, and balancing career and family responsibilities.
Our team works remotely, allowing us to support both our clients and our team members wherever life takes them.

Kayla started Groove VA after seeing how many business owners were overwhelmed by the behind-the-scenes work required to grow sustainably. What began as hands-on support has grown into a collaborative agency serving clients through a trusted team of virtual assistants.
Kayla leads Groove VA with a focus on clear communication, thoughtful systems, and reliable support, ensuring clients never feel like they’re handing their business off to a stranger.
Outside of work, Kayla enjoys spending time with her family. Her husband is active duty military, and together they’re raising three kids and making the most of life’s everyday adventures.

I love SEO strategizing and creating content/blogs because it offers the perfect balance of flexibility and mental stimulation, allowing me to prioritize my family, immerse myself in nature through hiking, and indulge in various crafty hobbies.
