Plus, we’ll pay you a fair referral fee for every successful connection you bring to us. That’s right—you’ll get rewarded for helping others discover the value of working with us! It’s a win-win for everyone involved.

We offer a 10% commission for every client you send our way—capped at $500 per referred client.

Payments are made after the client’s project is completed and their final payment has cleared.
Payment Method
All referral payouts are processed through PayPal.
A valid address must be on file, and you’ll need to sign the referral agreement before payments are issued.

It is your responsibility to let me know that you have sent someone our way by sending an email to kayla@groove-va.com. Just let us know who we should be expecting to hear from. Alternatively, you can explicitly instruct the client to include your name in our intake form under the “how did you hear about us?” question. However, it is a little risky to rely on the client to give us this information. Once you let us know, the referral will go in our CRM system as a lead. We will then track that you are the referring party and will track your commission process and payout from there. You can email me or complete the referral commission section at the bottom of this page.
We will not be paying out past referrals that either occurred before this program rolled out, months before your client reached out to us (without an email heads up), or people that you invited to our Facebook group or email list.
This agreement does not give you the right to act as if you are an employee or contractor of Groove VA! It should always be known that you are simply referring to a business that you believe in. If you feel necessary, you may share that you are receiving a commission for your referral, but it is not required. When posting on social media, it is required that you represent yourself and Danielle Throckmorton LLC with respect and only share factual information. Failure to do so will result in the termination of this agreement.
